IN 2013 Canadian Violinist Angèle Dubeau took a hiatus from her busy performing and recording schedule to face a cancer diagnosis. Her latest recording, BLANC, chronicles her journey back to health. Violinist Angèle Dubeau shares thoughts on her efforts with K-BACH's Jane Hilton.

This past month the Valley's Sonoran Desert Chorale presented The Requiem for the Fallen: a concert honoring the heroes of this nation who have given "the last full measure of devotion" in service to our country. It was a prelude to the chorale’s European tour, where they performed in Normandy as part of the official 70th Anniversary of D-Day.
